The initial consultation is free of charge and made by appointment only. 

After the consult, you will receive an offered rate via email.​


INSURED & BONDED


We have insurance coverage and are bonded.


NO CONTRACTS


We do not have contracts. 

You are able to end your service anytime with a 48-hour notification.


CANCELLATION POLICY


48-hours in advance is required 

if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 


PAYMENT


We accept cash, check, and credit cards.


RATES


Rates are subject to change for any reason deemed necessary by the company.
 

GIFT CERTIFICATES


Cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds on any purchase. 

Certificates have no expiration.

 
DONATIONS TO CHARITY


All donations from our "Decluttering" service will be dispersed to local charities. 

A tax deductible slip will be given to you upon request- 

we do not claim any donations. All donations ​of your unwanted items help so many 

in the community and are greatly appreciated. ​
 

*At any service appointment you can leave a bag for us to deliver to charity at no charge.
